How to Apply for Membership
You can apply for membership with ASHE Long Island in one of two ways:
Apply by Mail
1) Download the ASHE Membership Application Here
2) Fill out the application, leaving the last two sections blank that state ‘For Use by Section and National Society’.
3) Include both the application and fee indicated below:
- $25 One-time intention fee
- $55 Annual dues
- Total for new members = $80
4) Make check payable to ASHE Long Island Section.
5) Mail check and printed application to:

1) To become a member, fill out the application below:
2) Upon receiving your application, we will review it and email you a Paypal link for membership dues. The membership fee includes:
- $25 One-time intention fee
- $55 Annual dues
- Total for new members = $80
3) Your application will then be sent to National Headquarters, and following approval, you will receive your membership pin and certificate.
